At WOLFpak, we stand by the durability of our gear; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in original, unused condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Place your unused WOLFpak items back into their original packaging, ensuring all patches and accessories are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
