How long does shipping take for my WOLFpak order?
Standard domestic orders typically ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by destination and selected carrier.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Are the backpacks waterproof?
WOLFpak backpacks are made from high-grade water-resistant 1000D Oxford material, designed to protect your gear from rain and sweat during intense outdoor or gym sessions.
Can I wash my WOLFpak gear?
We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For deep cleaning, hand wash in cold water and air dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry to preserve the integrity of the patches and buckles.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand by our quality. We offer a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects such as broken zippers or stitching issues under normal use conditions.
How do the velcro patches work?
Each WOLFpak backpack features a large velcro surface on the front and sides, allowing you to customize your bag with our wide range of removable patches to reflect your personality and goals.
